These terms apply to consumer purchases from NELMORA through nelmorawear.com. Your statutory consumer rights always apply.

2. Ordering and payment

Check your order, contact details and delivery address before completing your order. You will receive a confirmation by email. The available payment methods and total amount are displayed during checkout.

3. Prices and delivery charges

Prices are displayed in the currency selected for your country and include applicable VAT. Tracked shipping is free on all orders to the countries where we deliver. No minimum order value applies.

4. Delivery

Delivery is within 5–7 days after your order. We will inform you if there is a delay. Your statutory rights in the event of late delivery remain unaffected. We bear the risk of loss or damage during delivery until you, or a recipient you have designated, receive the order.

5. Returns

Products displaying our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee have a 90-day return period, free return shipping and one free size exchange per order. Thermal Sculpting Smoothing Leggings also have a Lifetime Anti-Tear Guarantee for covered structural manufacturing defects; the Lifetime Shape Warranty applies to other products where advertised. For unopened, unused products, we offer a returns period of 90 days after receipt. The buyer pays the direct return costs. This additional service does not limit your statutory right to cancel. The process, returns address and refund rules are set out in our returns policy.

6. Questions and complaints

Ask questions or submit complaints using the contact form or by post. Include your order number if you have it. A product must meet what you can reasonably expect of it. If a product is incorrect or defective when delivered, we will seek a solution in accordance with your statutory rights; we will then pay the necessary return costs.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you are not limited by this provision.
