Go by your usual pants size in the size chart on this page. If you're between sizes, or your waist and hips fall in different sizes, go one size up. Most exchanges are for a bigger size.
The inside of the waistband is lined with an anti-slip grip that holds to your skin, so it stays put when you sit, bend and walk. Wear the waistband high, above your natural waist.
If shapewear rolls, it's almost always a size too small, so size up if you're unsure.
It comes in S to XXL (roughly US pants 4 to 18). The high waist covers your whole middle and the legs reach mid-thigh, so it smooths your tummy, waist and thighs in one piece. Use the size chart and size up if you're between sizes.

Yes. The compression is moderate: it smooths without squeezing, so you can sit, eat and breathe. It's a soft, breathable microfiber knit that moves with you.
There's no opening, so you pull it down like regular underwear. The grip waistband goes back into place when you pull it up.
55% nylon and 45% spandex. It contains no latex and no silicone.
Wash it cold on a gentle cycle, without fabric softener or bleach, and let it air dry. That keeps the stretch and the grip working.
